2022 was a whopper of a Self-Discovery Year—filled with deep experiences as a Business Coach, ConSOULtant, and breath work facilitator and a yoga practitioner.
Looking back I conclude that RTT remains the most efficient modality of healing when it comes to rapid transformation. I'm talking about the rapid transformational therapy effectiveness.
To change, we need to connect with our subconscious mind and that's what the whole training does.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is designed by Marisa Peer. Imagine a method that combines the most effective techniques from NLP, CBT, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, with the potential to powerfully transform lives. That dream is a reality and it’s called Rapid Transformational Therapy. And the award-winning Marisa Peer Method of Rapid Transformational Therapy is gaining global recognition as one of the most effective treatments available.
Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy is essentially healing on speed. With one session, you go into a state of relaxation and reflection to heal past traumas. So yes, I wanted to share some details about my experiences.
Testimonials more your thing? Check out the Rapid Transformational Therapy testimonials from Isabelle Roegiers where her clients talk all about their RTT experiences.
Isabelle, my therapist, spent about ten minutes getting into a hypnotic state. This involves visualizing. Isabelle walks you through a scene that slowly gets you into the theta state. During this state of awareness, you experience a greater sense of peace and relaxation, and you are more suggestible than in your awake, or alpha, state. Per Scientific American, the theta state is the state you may get in when you’re driving for a long period of time on the highway, where you feel present but definitely more “zoned out.”
During the session, Isabelle guides you, as a therapist, through recalling three scenes from your childhood. These scenes will arise on their own naturally. It's about what you’re seeing and feeling in these moments. It's like looking at scenes from my life but processing them in a whole new way.
In this part of the session you greet, and comfort, your childhood self. It becomes clear how those scenes really impacted you as a child. It’s also where you start to heal. Now let me say: the incredible thing about RTT: This isn’t reserved for those who have experienced just big traumas. This is healing for any person who has experienced any level of hurt in their lives that impacted their growth or their healing abilities.
Here, my therapist Isabelle spends time affirming what you’ve seen and felt and offers a long, guided thought for healing. She also recorded this so I could listen to it every night to reinforce the benefit of the session. You listen for 21 nights. The new pathways you forged during your session will be reinforced as you listen to your unique recording. It feels like training your mind. And training is everything.
Being in a hypnotic state throughout my sessions basically felt like an “awake nap,”. I was incredibly relaxed but very conscious of everything I was feeling and saying. It’s just that you’re so deeply opened—like on a soul level—that it doesn’t feel embarrassing or revealing to share what you’re truly feeling.
I wholeheartedly believe this rapid transformational therapy has helped me tremendously. It’s helped me to separate myself from patterns of thought that I had for years. It helped me not get as frustrated when I face triggers. It also helped me realize that I act sometimes out of hurt and that those reaction patterns no longer serve me.
It sharpened my ability to set boundaries. Now that I know how certain emotional patterns drained me in the past, I can avoid circumstances that lead me down those paths. I highly recommend trying Rapid Transformational Therapy with a certified hypnotherapist. Reach out to RTTP therapist Isabelle from A Breath Of Love and let her help you to change your life.
Hypnotherapy vs RTT from Marisa Peer Well RTT is basically hypnotherapy on steroids. The two are very similar in that they both utilize a hypnotic state to achieve healing, but RTT uses multiple best practices of various other therapeutic approaches, including hypnosis, to achieve faster, more effective results in just one session.
First, if you’re going to open up to someone in the name of healing, I highly suggest someone who you feel comfortable around. If the whole purpose is to open up quickly, you want someone who you feel good with right away and able to open up.
Another huge point that can’t be ignored is that I am what I like to call “well-trained.” Ha. I've done great inner work over the past decade in my life. I consider this as important training. Because of that, I’m very much able to articulate my feelings and emotions. This is not to say you have to be prepared to have success with RTT; it’s simply that I believe all my training complemented my sessions really well.
